To make sure your model turns out exactly as you dream, please prepare:
- Clear and complete character references, expression ideas, color themes or mood inspirations, extra notes or details you’d love me to pay attention to.
- If you only have the concept in your head, kindly contact me and I will help by providing a sample clear brief template that can be used to describe it before placing an order.About The Studio

All communication, project management, and quality control are handled by SawokoPayment
- 100% upfront
- 50% upfront + 50% after completion
- Milestone payment plans (we can discuss what’s comfortable for you).

Progress updates will usually be provided during major stages:
Sketch → Base Color → Rendering → Rigging → Final Delivery
- You can request unlimited changes during the sketch stage.
- After sketch approval, Minor adjustments are allowed during the active stage of production
- Major changes (like outfit redesign, pose change, or big structure edits) may require an additional fee, so please double-check everything during the sketch phase.Deadlines & Delivery
- Average turnaround time 3-4 weeks, depending on queue and project complexity
- Delays may occur due to complexity, emergencies, health conditions, or revision frequency. If delays happen, clients will be informed as soon as possible.
- Delivery format(s) will be agreed per order (PNG, PSD, jpg, etc).
- CMO3 files, source files, and editable project files are not included unless specifically requested beforehand. Additional fees may apply.Usage & Rights
- Personal Use: For individual, non-commercial purposes only (profile pictures, social media posts, wallpapers, private collections)
- Monetized Content: Allowed for content that generates income. (YouTube thumbnails, streaming, monetized content, overlays, Patreon uploads)
- Commercial Merchandising: Allowed for product sales and promotional purposes. (merchandise stickers, apparel, game assets, book covers, advertisements)
- Claiming the art as your own (removing credit/ pretending you created it) is prohibited
- Please credit @miuzenstudio when possible.Intellectual Property (IP) & License
- I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, VGen page, social media, livestreams, or promotional content unless exclusivity is discussed beforehand.
- Reselling, redistributing, editing by third parties, AI training usage, or NFT/minting usage is prohibited without written permission
- For large-scale commercial redistribution or exclusive licensing (mass merchandise, IP transfer, sublicensing), please contact me to discuss licensing terms and fees.Refund Policy
- No Start: 70% of each payment is refundable if work has not commenced.
- Work-in-Progress: 50% of each payment is refundable if the project is in the work-in-progress stage.
- Upon Completion: Refunds are unavailable
- If I become unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, an appropriate partial refund will be issued based on completed progress.
Note:
- Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to approval based on the status of the work. The final decision on refunds will be made at the discretion of the service provider.
- By paying any purchase, you agree that you're cardholder of the card that's linked to your account.
- Refund will not be supported for reasons such as children making purchases without the consent of their family. It is assumed that all purchasers have capability to pay.
- We may not send the final work if a refund has been requested.Communication
- Main communication should remain through VGen whenever possible.
- Response time is usually within several hours, though delays may occur during busy periods or sleep hours.
